The best experiences happen when you have an open mind! The Empower U community is a fantastic place for young people to grow, where they can access support from peers and volunteer assists alike. It’s fun, and has many opportunities for people to learn about themselves and how to navigate this ever changing world without losing sight of who they are. The program encourages new connections with other young people and conveys vital tools to develop communication, reflection and goal setting skills in a way that is easy to understand. So worth attending, 10/10 would do it again.

Empower U events are truly transformative for any teen or young adult looking to change their outlook on life and learn practical tools to overcome obstacles and pursue success. After seeing the benefit Empower U had in my kids lives, I decided to take the plunge and attend Breakfree.

Brent and the rest of the team create a special environment where you get to learn concepts and also feel things bubble up. But most importantly when I returned home I started thinking differently and taking different actions. And we all know that these seemingly small tweaks can make a BIG difference over time.

If you are feeling like you want to peel the next layer of the onion, discover more about yourself and move towards reaching your potential then I highly encourage attending one of the programs.
