This school is absolutely terrible. The customer service is a joke—rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. I’ve tried countless times to withdraw from a course , but they refuse to honor it. Never ending excuses when I email them. Keep saying the staff who incharge go on leave. Requested withdraw on week 5, until now not even process yet. Withdraw fee has been paid, nothing done. Worse customer service. It feels like they’re only interested in taking your money and then disappearing. I’ve never dealt with a more unprofessional and dishonest institute. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place!

My experience at CIHE has been absolutely terrible. This college is only interested in taking your money and provides no quality education in return. The administration is rude and unresponsive; they don’t even bother to reply to emails. Professors are either uninterested or completely unqualified, making it impossible to learn anything valuable. The facilities are outdated, dirty, and unsafe, with overcrowded classrooms and outdated technology. There’s no sense of community or support, and student housing is overpriced and poorly maintained. Save your money at all costs.

Worst collage i have ever studied. Just 5 and 6 students in the classrooms and same staffs were rude. And they also make long processing time for withdrawal processes and not letting the students who want to leave the collage and even if students who left has with another collage COE they keep giving them pressure for the fees payment even id we haven’t gone to collage and scaring them.
More than 50 friends of mine are facing same problems and more friends are about to leave after realising it’s trap.

Beware of crown institute of higer edication
College. They prioritize money over education and trap innocent students with false promises. The administration is disorganized, the curriculum is outdated, and facilities are poorly maintained. Support services are virtually non-existent, and student concerns are ignored. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.

"This college is an absolute nightmare - I strongly advise new students to steer clear and avoid the trap they have set. They are experts at manipulating and exploiting innocent students for their money. Their lack of timely responses to emails and calls is beyond unacceptable. At first, they are unresponsive to calls and emails, but eventually, they turn the situation around to make you feel at fault. They exploit and trap you in a difficult situation that is hard to escape from. It's a concerning pattern that new students should be aware of before considering this college." It's mind-boggling how incompetent and indifferent they are towards student concerns. They embody the Nepali saying 'Nepali le Nepali nai lutxan' perfectly. Beware and stay far away from this college if you value your time and money."
