I can honestly say YOSHIKO’s matcha is my new FAVOURITE thing!

I participated in Yoshiko’s first Zoom class just this week and I’m hoping she’ll start offering more zoom classes in the future. The class was on Matcha Green Tea and much to my surprise…there’s a lot to learn about Matcha! I’ve been enjoying a matcha green tea latte with oat milk every morning and Tommy surprise im not craving my morning coffee nor getting headaches for lack of it. Very much enjoyed the class. This product Matcha is original and has an unique taste. I am ordering again this special bundle X’mas deal. Yoshiko advices how to keep Matcha fresh, and new tips of matcha recipes.
I have been a coffee addicted for over 45 years until my gut had enough.
I did gastroscopy, and now I need to limit caffeine intake, plus I’m lactose intolerance after this age?.
I still take coffee at least once or twice a day with soy or oat milk, but rest of the day I am taking iced Matcha with plant base milk. It is so good, so refreshing in this hot summer. I love it! My teenager daughter who never interested in Matcha, amazingly now she makes it as morning and afternoon drink. She top up with a scoop of ice cream when hot day.

Great class! I have made sushi before, learning from all different places, but still, the Superfood Sushi class by Yoshiko was worth the money. She unlocked several tips and tricks that I will be using every time I am making healthy plant-based sushi.

Joined few classes with Yoshiko and totally loved all the food and the atmosphere. Yoshiko engaged the class with her vibrant energy and broad and deep knowledge of Japanese superfoods. All the vegan food taught in class: superfoods ramen, matcha soba, gyoza etc. are beyond yummy! I did even try remake the matcha custard dessert at home with her recipe. Fabulous! Highly recommended!
