Applying applicants please be aware! If you are planning on working for this company, please rethink your decision as a professional. Abbie is the owner. This place is unethical, unsanitary, and unprofessional. They have therapists and staff watching your every move: they take pictures and videos of you without your consent. This is violation of privacy. They will shred or lose your important paperwork (ex. Driver's License & SSN#) No one wants to work in an atmosphere where everyone is micromanaging you, unsanitary and losing important documentation to pay. They will retaliate against you. If you are looking to do real ABA, this is not the place for you. This is babysitting, maintaining & reinforcing behaviors. There are no growth opportunities because there are no real onsite Behavior Analysts to support and assist RBTs. If there Is no onsite Analyst, then data collection and session notes are inaccurate. They have OUT OF STATE behavior analysts watching through a video camera in the ceiling. RBTs will not receive the support they need for growth. Parents if you are looking for effective ABA that shows effective progress and not just a daycare for your special needs child, please seek services elsewhere.
