Great course that covers first aid and CPR in great detail. Instructor was lovely (I believe her name was Julie?) and very thorough. Definitely feel well prepared to deal with a variety of scenarios. If anything, it is a lot of information to take at once.

A great informative course which was interactive and informative. Janice was a great teacher and told relatable stories to link to the learning experience. I’ve done a few first aid classes but this one was the best and I learnt new things related to the changes in first aid as well as fun facts.

I took part in the Barista course today and had a great time - instructor was friendly and great at explaining/demonstrating all the skills. Matt (instructor) was really good at pointing out tips and tricks specific to what each of us was struggling with in a very professional yet friendly way which helped all of us make the most of the 5 hours and leave prepared for work 🙂
