We have only had our daughter at Story House for a month but based on my interactions with the team and educators in the Banksia room, they listen to my concerns and provide a lot of reassurance while my daughter and I are both adjusting to being apart, which I appreciate. Although drop offs have been a challenge while we adjust, she settles very well and is always happy when I pick her up telling me everything that she has done, and sometimes wanting to stay longer. The spacious outdoor area is great and provides lots of different play options. The menu is fantastic too with lots of variety.

I've really enjoyed this centre. My daughters come home happy and with lots to say about their days. The educators are nurturing and genuinely care for my daughters, the play area is great and the centre has been great with communication, drop offs and health issues.

Thanks Paula, Tracy and team for looking after our daughter so attentively during her start to daycare. We were so glad to know that Paula was able to speak my wife’s language - Portuguese to our daughter and make her feel comfortable as she learnt spend time away from us. I cannot recommend Story House Early Learning Chinderah highly enough. My two children absolutely love it & ask to go to ‘school’ on their days off. Deb & the team are so loving & caring & treat my daughters like their own. My daughter has a broken leg & the team have been so wonderful looking after her & are so competent. It’s such a great feeling knowing they are so happy & comfortable when we have to go to work. We tried many different daycares during the floods & nothing compared. Story House is like our second home. You wont be disappointed.

My daughter started here last year and Deb and the team have been truly fantastic throughout the whole process. As a first time parent I felt the anxiety in putting my daughter into daycare, but the team really support you and your little one in the transition. We went for several 'playdates' in the lead up to her starting day care to get familiar with the educators, the other children, and the environment.
I have to say a massive thank you to Ms Kana and Ms Sam in the Midgen Berries room. They have bonded so well with my daughter and I truly feel like they love her, and that makes it so much easier doing drop-offs knowing she is in good hands.
We are very sad to have to leave this wonderful place.
I would recommend this team to anyone lucky enough to secure a spot for their child here.
