Absolutely beautiful location. The property offers great drives along the Darling river where you will see river red gums over 500 years old.|Staff are excellent and nothing was a problem. Amenities are new and very clean.|Evening camp fire with nibbles provided was a lovely touch. We will definitely be returning.

The cabin was in fair condition for the price paid. Staff were fantastic. Can't say much else as I arrived late and left early.

One thing - Bring your own drinking water. I didn't so had to go into town and pay a fortune at the servo for a bottle. Just a rookie mistake from someone not used to remote traveling. No reflection on the park.

Great place, would stay again.

Stayed here for one night in a powered campsite. The site was next to the water. The sites were impeccably maintained. The Toilets & Showers were exceptionally clean and well maintained. Reception check in was a breeze and at 5:30pm the hosts light the fire pit and invite everyone to join them for nibbles.|I recommend that everyone should stop here if they get the opportunity.

Heard some varying reports about staying in Wilcannia. Try it yourself before judging. This Park is very good. About a kilometre east of the town it has nice grassy sites, facilities are really great and staff were very helpful. There is a get together around the fire ? at 5pm which allows good opportunities to get to know other travellers. There is a bush camp area as well. If you want to break your trip between Cobar and Broken Hill this is a great place to do it.

Beautiful spot, my partner and I only spent one night in our roof-top tent in one of the powered sites - it was the first caravan park we stayed at on a one month long road trip and in my opinion had the best shared bathroom facilities of all the parks we stayed at! Everything was kept tidy and clean and had the most spacious shower cubicle 🙂 We would both stay here again and enjoyed our short stroll round the billabong. Very happy with the site for value for money.

Wasn’t sure what to expect as we had been told not to stay in Wilcannia but was pleasantly surprised. Was greeted by friendly staff on arrival & the grounds were kept very clean & tidy. |It’s not 5 star by any means but they have the biggest showers I have ever seen at a caravan park & are very clean. |Wilcannia is only small but it has a lot of lovely old buildings & a great little cafe across from the park. |We stayed 2 nights & thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again

Pet friendly caravan park about 2km out of the small town of Wilcannia. Off the highway along about a half kilometre of dirt road. The owners are friendly and helpful. Grassy sites back onto small a lagoon. Sites are large and level. There is a small camp kitchen, and the fire is lit each night there for warmth and socialising. There are only 2 washing machines, and one was out of order, but I understand it may be difficult to get repairs when you live in a remote region
The park is quiet and relaxing and you can hear lots of birds around. It's just so serene
The amenities are spotless and well-appointed. There's quite a funny sign in one of the loos, they must have had some interesting guests!
Definitely recommend this park to anyone to stop and relax here for a few days whether you're travelling east or west
The park runs on bore water which is not potable so make sure to bring drinking water. Otherwise there is a supermarket in town to get some
