Never coming to this place again!! Nothing but rudeness and abuse. Let me make this absolutely clear, this is not the place to be rude or aggressive. There’s a place for that and it’s not here or there.

I shouldn’t have be treated that way, when I was new at martial arts, such a waste of time when the instructor was being very rude to some of his students who are not capable of training properly. He needs to be patient with those who have limitations and not accuse them of being lazy.

Great community with great staff who care enough to make sure you feel welcomed. Run by the manager Mark who has helped refurbished the PCYC and made it a more suitable place for people to come and train. The programs here are great especially the boxing programs that include 3 classes; a junior joeys boxing class, a beginner and advance class and a woman’s only class. If you ever want to learn boxing this is the best place to go

I cannot fault this club! The staff are amazingly friendly and always ready to help. The instructors are extremely professional and consistently go above and beyond . The boxing program ran by the one and only Lomalito Moala is next level in providing high quality training and a safe comfortable environment where everybody is welcome.

This club is nothing short of an amazing family.

An old large man with glasses was rude when I apply for volunteer work. He has a bad attitude when he was talking on the phone and also see him the next day. Never apply for volunteer work again, I rather apply somewhere else that is better service and treat with respect.

The new and improved PCYC is fantastic! Their focus on providing plenty of activities and sports for kids is great for everyone (well done to the new management) Their classes and instructors are key assets, in particular Lomalito Moala, his coaching skills are unparalleled. He has world class experience and a super friendly personality! He welcomes people with all ages to his classes and nurtures your goals and growth. No one is left out in the classes no matter what your fitness levels are, there is definitely team spirit in that gym. With new plans and expansions happening at the PCYC, I would highly recommend anyone to try it out! Perfect for kids, teens, adults and families.

Very friendly and welcoming staff ! Recent facility upgrades (functional area) providing extensive range of gym equipment. Coaches and instructors are very inspiring and dedicated to their role leading by example. Boxing Program is highly recommended !!!

Well done to the team at PCYC Cabramatta for building an environment and community to support local residents and kids. The new revamp is great and their focus on providing well trained instructors is pivitol. I had the pleasure of training one on one with Lomalito Moala, and his skills are superb. Anyone who does his classes will surely benefit from his expertise and charisma. Highly recommend for any parent who would like their kids to get back into physical activities in a safe and nurturing environment.

Trainers are very nice but The asian guy at the register was very rude he tried to extort 20$ for the lesson even though I had a year membership and when I told him that he had me kicked out never coming to this place again terrible staff
