Being in tech sales my whole career, I've dealt with many people and problems and egos.

Perseverance, empathy and a positive attitude are a couple of traits that shine out well to me. In saying that, dealing with John from Job Statewide Cabramatta has been nothing less than that. John's always been there for me and never gave up, even whilst wearing many hats/dutys/responsibilities. The experience was amazing and helpful,
John was there to help with the things I needed to do to help my auntie and myself get things done without any struggle, helping with finding work and also helped my auntie worked through her language barrier was above and beyond my expectations. Job Statewide is there to help and to make things easier for everyone. Best experience I’ve had without a doubt.

This workplace assumes things based on your ethnicity. I missed my appointment and i called up to reschedule, so i end up rescheduling to another date via phone appointment, they never called so i had to chase it up, until i found out that i was suspended from their system because apparently i have told them that im working fulltime and i cannot attend to any appointment. When in reality i have never said that and been looking for work.
So anyone that comes to this place, make sure you stay on top of things. Otherwise, jobstate will just assume you're working even tho you're not.
Also, they never call or try to reason with you on how their colleagues make mistakes. They never earn up to it.
