I initially walked into their office one day to inquire about the Property Management Course and was warmly greeted by Ray. I was impressed with Ray from this get go as he was very professional and friendly in giving explanations for all my queries. I ended up enrolling and completing the Property Management Course with them. The Course was very well structured and had a thorough content. It was delivered completely online through a user friendly interface. The studies and assignments are self paced and this gave me the flexibility to complete the Course in relatively quick time despite having other commitments. Ray was also the trainer and assessor of assignments - He was excellent in providing valuable feedback, and was only one call away for any guidance or clarifications required. In addition, Kate from the Student Experience team was very efficient, friendly and does a great job on her end too.

Ray was an excellent trainer and was very grateful to have his support throughout this whole process. he always made himself available (sometimes after hours) which worked great with also working full time. i highly recommend Harcourts traning for your real estate needs. very supportive training and easy to use software

Ray and the team are really helpful and super patient to explain topics to you if you require extra assistance. Having the course online really helps especially if you work full time. If you do work full time I would suggest giving yourself up to 1 year to finish.
