I was the subject of targeted bullying from teaching staff. Being a member of the AEU at the time I sought assistance from them. This assistance was very poor - they would rather support the teachers than the leaders. Upon a recommendation I joined SASSLA instead. Their support was excellent. I received structured advice to work through my problem and they also directed me how to engage the support of the Department and my line manager.
