Would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to the whole team at Hessel Group who had been tirelessly working with Arzan Ridwan over the last few years. Today was indeed a big milestone for Arzan where he was able step of his comfort zone and took a giant leap towards getting himself vaccinated at the WCH Immunisation Clinic. The whole of last 2 years we have not been able to vaccinate him at all, however today Arzan got his flu vaccine shot. I have been using Hessel for years as a support worker for a loved one. They are caring, responsible and employ respectful support workers. Every 12 months they inspect the premises to make sure that both the client and the support workers are working in a safe environment.
They always get in contact if a worker is unavailable and are able to find a great substitute in time for the shift.
If you need reliable and respectful support, I highly recommend them.
