I used to love coming into this little shop, sometimes twice a day, once in the morning and again after lunch when the volunteers were stll stacking the shelves with more items and I never left empty handed. Under the previous management, this shop used to be a treasure trove, a Pandora's box of amazing vintage finds. I am not sure how stock is ordered but a lot of the items appear to be unsold shop stock. I am not talking about the clothing as I am not interested in clothing unless quality vintage clothing, so I generally do not look through the racks of clothing or shelves of books. There is so much glass ware which seems to sit there for weeks on end. A lot of the bric a brac is overpriced. Most of the volunteers and paid staff are lovely but even a few of the long term volunteers have gone too. I don't know if this was because of the change in management but I do miss them. Hoping to give some more positive feedback in the future. Bring back quality vintage items please.

The volunteers are friendly but a bit slow. The place is dirty, probably from all the dogs and their pets they bring with them. Please ban the dogs and the dregs that bring them in. There are some sort of fleas or lice that bite you when you’re in there. Such a pity.

I love Vinnies and this one is clean and well kept BUT the pricing is getting absolutely out of hand!
I've seen dresses and tops from kmart and big w in there selling for more than the cost of buying them full priced brand new... they need to remember this is a charity shop for people in need and the clothes are SECOND HAND. the price should reflect the clothes condition and the fact they were donated for free. it is not there place to come in and profit from other peoples generosity!
Sorry but I cant afford to shop here anymore as its cheaper to buy brand new items on ebay or at Miranda Westfield!

I love all my Vinnie thrift stores, went to Cronulla today and although it had great Items the store was just too small...the stock was so crammed and packed in not enough room to browse and move around--then all the sudden it was packed with people, even husbands following their wives in the store with no intention to shop trying to control the children from touching things--when there's people around me complaining how packed it was.
C'mon to the public! If a store is small and you bring your hubby or partner in who has no intention to shop but just follow you around, be respectful to the other shoppers and wait outside..
Vinnies Cronulla hopefully you will look at a bigger store in the future....or maybe to the Volunteers maybe be a little more productive with the people in your store when it gets packed and you have mums bringing in prams with kids and they have husbands and other kids with them and they are not shopping just waiting for their partner, maybe advise them to wait outside so other shoppers are not affected. It's not just me, other people in the store around me were also mentioning this.
I have kids too- I know my hubby hates shopping I get him to wait outside as respect for other people trying to shop.

For a charitable organisation, you have the rudest staff I’ve ever encountered. I’m guessing they are all volunteers? Perhaps they should find another job!
