Been posting here for over 3 years almost every week. It’s a great postal service and the workers are great (except the one new employee who’s very slow and bad at her job even though worked there few weeks now). But other than her the rest of the workers are great and make it easy.

Such refreshingly friendly and warm service!! I was in the area and needed to send an international package, and the staff were all so welcoming and friendly. My two local post offices are always short and rude from the minute customers walk in the door, no matter how polite and friendly the customers are. It was such a nice change to have such a pleasant experience at a post office, not to mention quick and easy! These people deserve an award from Australia Post for leading the way in customer service.

Completely inconvenient hours of operation given the catchment of city workers who it services. On a weekday, Edgecliff train station is at capacity whilst this store is closed. On a weekday, the store is closed! In terms of primary outcomes achieved, it falls short because of the hours of operation.

I have to write a review of gratitude. I nearly posted important documents with the wrong envelope. The envelope was already dropped into the post box. Phone calls were made and within a few hours, the post was retrieved and sent correctly. I received a phone call and photo confirming the urgent document was in its way.

Poor experience - incorrectly tried to tell customer before me they can't send a postage bag with stamps (can only send more expensive prepaid satchels). Good to see customer stood their ground. I tried to package a satchel which tore so instead of leaving it I as upfront and mentioned it to them but they sought to charge me for it rather than right off the 25c. Bad customer experience all round

Got to love an "unexpected change in hours". Advertised as 9-5, get there 415pm and "sorry right now we shut at 4pm" sign is up. This was after the postie came at 12pm despite Auspost message to me saying he'd be there 1-3pm. I guess we shouldn't be surprised that Australia Post is inefficient and unreliable
