Great experience on the website. The main reason why I didn't go five stars, is the website crashes. But other than that it is a very balanced experience, and provides supreme tips for you mental heath and wellbeing.

Do not appreciate being contacted in the wee hours of the morning because someone is a little gunho and its necessary to send out reminders as soon s they jump out of the shower in the morning.
Show some consideration and respect for those who are 3 hours behind your timeline. I am in WST not EST. 8am in the morning and disturbing others right to peace and quiet is so disrespectful as it was 5am my time.

SERIOUSLY understaffed. Assessments are only done on Fridays and even those are very limited. I originally had an appointment scheduled for 5 November, which already took 3 weeks to get. This was cancelled the day before, and I was only able to get another appointment on the 26th. Now I'm told that I won't be able to commence treatment until the new year. Having to wait 4 or 5 months in the midst of a crisis is absolutely shameful.

Seriously understaffed reception. If I have to play phone tag FOR 2 WEEKS with an organisation that claims to be a leader in the industry there's a problem.

When they call back, it's from a PRIVATE NUMBER. Who answers private numbers, people with private numbers have something to hide.

Something like seriously understaffed reception?
Overpaid managers that are 'never available?
Where does all their funding go I wonder, if it's not towards helping people?

When I finally got through to the receptionist, the MANAGER was conveniently in a meeting with IT ALL DAY.... SURE LEAH!

Still waiting for a call back, even though I have multiple diagnoses. THINK TWICE before donating or fundraising.

This was written by my husband;
I've discovered that emotion over time with some devotion,
Things that seem adverse are best put into verse
So I've taken to this caper with the pen and bits of paper,
In the hope, that it might help along the way.
The Black Dog of depression is a nasty self expression,
And writing makes this mongrel go away.
I've had my share of ups and downs with flood and fire and drought,
But the mental illness problem you can really do without
Turning things from negative to positive in your mind,
Is a strategy you should adopt and its better if it rhymes.
I've found when I've been down and the dog begins to bite,
Take up the pen and paper; even in the night.
Some people do the crosswords and others take up cards,
But putting things in writing is really not that hard.
Some people get obsessions for material possessions;
It can become a factor like the neighbours brand new tractor,
And as if there's no tomorrow to get it they must borrow.
Beware my friends,such traps can make the mind go snap.
For the sake of neighbour Jones don't take out any loans,
Just poke along and live within your means.
Life is really shorter than it seems
