Best gym in newy!!!! Experienced and knowledgeable coaches, incredible and inclusive community within a great gym space with all the equipment a client could ever want. The coaches work closely with each client to adjust workouts to injuries/experience levels. You can really tell how much Liv and her employees care for each and everyone client. They make an effort to know them personally and are their client’s biggest cheerleaders. Couldn’t recommend LivStrong more!!!

OHPT is so much more than just a gym. It’s a supportive environment, where you can come to not only train but meet new people and become a part of a very special community.

When I first started, I knew nothing about training or lifting but that didn’t matter because the support you receive from the coaches and their knowledge is next level… Now almost 3 years on and I couldn’t think of anywhere else I’d want to train!
