I've been a member for over a year and it's a brilliant box with excellent coaches that support your journey. Chad, Adam and the crew are kind, informative and provide advice to ensure you're executing moves safely and hitting your fitness goals.

Active and the team have refreshed my attitude towards the gym. Regardless of the workout I always walk out of the box with a big smile on my face.

If you're on the line about coming in, walk through the doors and you'll be greeted by a fabulous crew, you won't regret it!

Adam and Chad are the friendliest, most approachable, cleverest coaches ever. I was a regular at CrossFit Active and had to move much further away. The saddest part about moving was leaving the gym. After years of seesawing in my training at regular gyms or other types of small group training, I tried Active and they were absolutely brilliant. Highly recommend to people at any stage of their fitness journey, and from any kind of background. Adam and Chad and the team will look after you!

Thank you so much Adam for letting me train at your gym while I was traveling in Sydney! I had such a great experience with the coaches and members. Everyone was super friendly and it made me feel at home. Coaches were attentive and gave me great pointers on my HSPU and lifts. If I am ever in Sydney again, I will definitely drop in for a class again!

Stumbled upon this gem when trying to find somewhere to train in this rain.... Both Adam and Chad were super welcoming and you can tell from the moment you walk in they have worked hard to foster an amazing supportive community. It does not matter where you are in your fitness journey they will welcome you and help you out. I've trained at gyms all over and this is the first place i've been with true customer service that goes above and beyond.

Such a great box! I did three drop-ins and loved it! Good location, great WODs, excellent coaching and one of the friendliest, most welcoming CF communities I've been to. If you're in Sydney, that's the box to go to!
