Have been coming to this physio for some time now after a referral post injury from my Doctor. I was referred to Amanda Turner who was highly recommended by my GP and Specialist surgeon. I have had nothing but fantastic service, guidance and advice from Amanda.

Amanda's knowledge and expertise shines through with her sessions and you are left with a, feeling of trust that you're on the right treatment path to achieve your best possible outcome.

The practice is welcoming and well laid out with everything you will ever need in your rehabilitation journey.

Easy access for mobility restricted patients with free undercover parking and elevator access from the basement carpark.

Highly recommended to anyone seeking a good physiotherapy practice where you will see results and support through your rehabilitation journey.

My GP referred me to Richard Brock for physio on my ankle and foot after receiving a very complex medical report from an MRI. Richard thoroughly investigated and interpreted the report. On my first visit his knowledge of the issues and propsed treatment plan was outstanding. I am now free of any foot/ankle issues. He also observed that I had some knee issues and worked on those as well. I highly recommend Richard. He is friendly, caring and professional. He is highly encouraging that with exercises the issues will improve. The whole practice has a great atmosphere of positiveness. I observed modern gym equipment in a very clean and well run physiotherapy practice. I am sure all staff will follow Richard's outstanding lead. A very fun receptionist, Diana, welcomes you with a smile and a joke. I wouldn't go anywhere else in the future.

I hold nothing but praise for this place. I’ve been using this facility for nearly 2 years now. The front desk staff are always so inviting and personable.

I had a tendon tear in my elbow followed by a few complications due to surgery.

My current physio Jess is AMAZING. I love his group classes and our individual one on one sessions. He is not only professional and knowledgeable but encouraging and compassionate when his clients need it most.

I also recently had the opportunity to have sessions with Richard and Amanda. They are superstars. I’m very grateful for there expertise and there motivating ways.

This place is just a positive place to be!

Spacious environment with full rehabilitation and gym facilities.
I received consistent care and guidance from all the seasoned professionals (namely Amanda, Nerissa, Jes, Richard and Seth) over the last 7 years.
My major back injury and my other tired body niggly issues are or have all been successfully addressed.
Diana, Carolyn and Kya are lovely (and lively!) ambassadors of the team and provided me with deft stewardship as I navigated the convoluted Work Cover process.
Suggest you consider booking a massage with Matthew Deacon. His approach of muscle release is quite unique. I only had to see him twice for immediate, and most importantly, lasting relief. I now choose to see him monthly for maintenance and different parts of my body.

I saw Nerissa DMello for physio treatment. She was wonderful. Experienced, practical, understood me, made the sessions fun with a great sense of humour and provided practical and realistic 'exercise homework' for me to do after each session. I was able to get an appointment easily which was fabulous as I needed help and wasn't keen to wait on both occasions - one occasion with a neck issue and another time when I was about to go on a cycling trip overseas and had such a sore back a few days before going (I wasn't able to even roll over without pain). She was also not only about managing the acute situation but also put in place strategies to ensure that the issues would not reoccur. I would recommend her and the clinic in a flash - no hesitation at all!

Highly recommend! My torn ACL would not have healed so well without intervention from Richard and his team who expertly guided me through the novel Cross Bracing Protocol. I appreciated Richard's holistic approach to treatment and the personalised programs which took into account my goal of getting back to playing basketball.

Lifecare Northern Sports Physiotherapy is wonderful - the team there really looked after me. Nerissa was amazing - so knowledgeable and patient, and really caring towards her clients. The app that they use here for their clients for exercises is fantastic, easy to use and super helpful reminders. The reception staff are also great. Definitely recommend!

Richard's therapy and guidance fixed my Achilles tendon issue very quickly. No more tenderness and hobbling in the morning. Very easy to deal with and a great practitioner. Can't recommend him highly enough.
