Always had good experience with North Shore Physiotherapy Clinic.
I had my 2nd appointment with Won. He is very knowledgeable in the area of problem I described. He quickly identified my adductor/pelvic issue and helped me understand the connection how those issues can affect one or the other.
He made great suggestions on my posture improvements which are very easy to implement in my daily life.

This is not my first time visiting this clinic. This time around Won was helping me and he was outstanding. He helped me with a couple of issues I've got after playing badminton and created a little program for me with some exercises to make particular muscles stronger to avoid problems in the future. Cannot recommend this clinic highly enough, from the moment I stepped through the door I was greeted with professionalism, warm and a genuine concern for my wellbeing. I thoroughly endorse Physio Won, who meticulously examined my leg pain whilst explaining his thought process with clarity and took time answer my few questions in great depth for a better overall understanding on my pains. The session felt much shorter than 45 minutes due to Won’s efficiency of work and passion for his work and I noticed significant improvements before my first session had finished.
