In my experience, CPR First Aid are extremely difficult to contact! At very short notice, they cancelled my January 10th course, and rescheduled for a month later in February. This was well past my certification deadline, so I replied and cancelled my course with CPR First Aid, and searched for another provider who could fit me in the next day (I went with Australian Training Institute Campbelltown, who were wonderful). However, I have had no reply to any of my emails, and cannot get through on the phone, my messages have never been returned. I am still waiting a month later for my refund, and still getting auto-reminders about their future course that I no longer require.

Something must have happened because they seemed to have a good reputation up until now. There are quite a few messages on their Facebook page of people with a similar experience to mine, all within the last month. I hope they can clear it up and get back on track. My advice would be to try and contact them personally before paying for a course and if you can't reach a person, go with another company.

It doesn't seem right for a business to be completely incontactable.
