I am thoroughly impressed with this childcare center. Brooke and her team are incredibly skilled at what they do, creating a supportive and enriching learning environment for both of my children who attend. The center is always clean, and the staff are warm and welcoming from the moment you step through the door.

Since transferring my children to this Center, I’ve seen a remarkable improvement in both of my children. They’re actively engaged in activities they enjoy, which greatly enhances their learning experience.

I can wholeheartedly say that I have no complaints about this center. I am deeply grateful to Brooke and the entire team for their dedication and hard work in making every day a positive and fulfilling experience for my children.

The reception desk is welcoming, calm and inviting, as a parent who is entrusting two children into the educator's care, it is comforting to feel so welcomed from the first steps into the centre.

From day one, the boys have been excited to arrive and are always full of smiles when I pick them up—this speaks volumes about the warm and welcoming environment the staff have created.

The team is incredibly supportive, and I truly appreciate how they’ve kept me in the loop throughout the day. I receive thorough updates and detailed reports, so I always know how their day is going, from meals to activities and even how they’re feeling. It really gives me peace of mind knowing they’re in such caring hands.

The level of care and attention to detail is beyond what I expected, and it’s clear that the staff genuinely care about the kids’ well-being. We’ve found a great place for our boys, and I can’t recommend this childcare enough!

Today, I want to take a moment to share my experience and express my sincere gratitude for the incredible support I received from Milestone Blair Athol during a challenging time in my life.

Last year, my partner was hospitalised in critical condition for four months. During this difficult period, the educators at Milestone Blair Athol provided unwavering support in many ways:

They promptly allocated three additional casual days on top of my child’s regular two-day booking, allowing me to focus on my family.
When I picked up my child, they ensured everything was ready, minimizing the extra care needed at home.
The educators went above and beyond by sending me food during the week.
They consistently checked in on me and my family, offering much-needed emotional support.
I am truly grateful to all the educators, especially Kazi Sumaiya Waheed, for their kindness, generosity, and commitment to helping the community. Their support made a significant difference in my life, and I deeply appreciate their efforts.

My son has completely came out of his shell since starting at Blair Athol two months ago. The educators are always greeting me with a smile and are always very friendly and polite.

The reception at this centre I visited was by far the worst. When I visited the center last Friday, I wasn’t welcomed at all. The staff were quite rude, questioning why I came to visit when they had no availability, even for 2025 even though I had confirmation to visit the centre. They also insisted I show the email. I won't register my child here even if it is free!

Reply: I have this in writing from Brooke Goodworth that they don't have anything for 2025 then I received call from someone that we have availability that is why I went to visit along many child cares on that day. Maybe you can see video recording how they treated me without any smile and seeing my phone or ask her to show her the email communication with me. There are many ways you could investigate!
