A lovely young girl by the name of jay (if I’m not mistaken) provided lovely service on self check out and was very accommodating. The young male that was there before hand as shift changed over was anything but. I wouldn’t recommend he be on customer service facing positions and if so he should pick up some social skills from others and be through good training.
Would have said 5 stars if it was just for jay but have to keep in mind she was not the only staff member me and my partner had to be dealt with.
Satisfied with jay am not satisfied with the young man.

I have been shopping at this store for 15 plus years and have noticed a decline in stock availability, store cleaniness but most importantly CUSTOMER SERVICE. Saturday the 22nd of Feburary I was shopping when I turned into aisle 7 and almost slipped on a sausage that had been dropped on the floor. To avoid anyone else potentially falling I approached the young man at the self service checkout to inform him. I was greeted with rudeness and a poor attitude. As he couldnt see the sausage (it was at the very end of the aisle) he started saying in a rude tone where where I cant see it. I repeated that it was in aisle seven. He again impIied I was making the story up. I asked him why would I stop my shopping to come and report something that wasnt there. He then said with an attitude why are you getting angry. Another staff member came over and requested a clean up for the aisle and moved him to a checkout. I took a wet floor sign and placed it over the offending sausage myself.
I asked to speak to the manager who used the excuse that man works across 3 stores as I pointed out to the manager it doesnt matter if he works at 100 stores his rudeness and poor attutide should not be acceptable. He told me he would get the line manager to talk to him. The manager also stated I have to deal with their attitudes all the time.
I will no longer shop here as the store does not reach the so called Woolworths standard and as a customer I would prefer to shop somewhere I dont feel like an inconvenience to the staff.

Worst woolworths in entire Australia. Shelves are empty all the time . Some isles remain empty for weeks , they never refill it .Ask the staff thousand times , then they go back &bring you the item. They never ever store quality products . Whoever is managing it , is the worst manager . Avoid it . Buy from Coles at woodcraft.

We shop at Woolworths quakers Hill we always get a pleasant smile from one of the shop assistance there. Raymond is his name and he’s very careful when he packs our groceries always putting the frozen in one bag. We always leave with a good experience from him. He’s an asset to the Woolworths store at Quakers Hill. He treats the job as for his own store.

I've been going here about once a month from Feb 2024 until now (Oct 2024). It's convenient for me because it's not far and there's always parking in the shopping centres car park.
The staff are decently friendly. No need for coins to use the trolley, which you can easily push to your car in the carpark.
If you need some groceries, there's no reason not to come here to buy them. It's a relatively small Woolies (bigger than most Woolies Metro though)
I wish they had 5 and 10 L mineral water bottles in stock more often though.

The store personnel exchanging stock come with their trolleys at fast speeds, right into you. Twice, I had to move closer to the shelves to protect myself from being hit by one of the trolleys. They literally speed in the middle of the two aisles, not to the side. And they keep on playing recorded messages, "If you are rude to the store personnel, you will be told to leave and police called! " And they also don't pick up their phone if you call them.

At the Woolworths Marayong store, there’s an older woman named Margaret who works as a helper at the self-checkout. Every time I go there, she yells and raises her voice. If I ask her about a price discrepancy while scanning items, she reacts with annoyance and acts like it’s a bother. Having someone like her in that role makes every visit unpleasant.
