I had a very disappointing experience with an agent at Ray White. Her requests were often unreasonable; for instance, she insisted on conducting multiple annual inspections simply because our property was not "spotless." She demanded that we remove items from cabinets and hire a specific professional cleaner in the middle of our lease, despite us maintaining a reasonable level of cleanliness. Additionally, she was unresponsive to our concerns about the property, only engaging when she needed something from us. Lastly, it took a considerable amount of time to receive our bond back, ultimately requiring us to submit a claim through Fair Trading to retrieve our funds. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience working with them.

The experience with this company has been deeply disappointing. Initially, they appear professional and attentive during the sales process, but significant issues arise as the purchase progresses. Communication is inconsistent, and property inspections are poorly managed, with long wait times of 30 minutes to an hour and no apologies offered.

Even, the key handover process is equally frustrating, lacking any in-person interaction with the agent, and the information provided is disorganised and unclear. The overall approach reflects a lack of respect for clients' time and concerns.

While sellers may not encounter these issues, buyers should exercise caution. This level of unprofessionalism raises serious concerns about their reliability (and work ethics).

I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from Ray White. I had expected much better from such a large and well-known company. The property I was dealing with had several unresolved issues, and despite this, the keys were not ready on time. What made this even worse was the complete lack of communication—there was no notice given about the delays or the issues. This experience has been frustrating and has severely impacted my trust in Ray White's service.

Also, I don’t mind pick up key later, but just be honest and don’t lie to me. I’m not make trouble for you, I wish you guys could update information immediately not when it happened then change your attitude

What a wonderful and helpful team at Century 21 Wolli Creek! Rentals in real estate have such a bad rep and people are so worried these days, but Michael Kavvalos was so friendly and efficient and answered all queries for my husband and I. We have been looking but we were successful here and the process was swift but easy to follow and Michael was helpful the whole time. Also most impressed with Anna, who went back to show extra features that we were unable to view due to access.
