I cannot speak highly enough about this studio! We've been with PDA for 2 years now and my daughter is absolutely flourishing in both competition cheerleading and dance. The teachers are so passionate and kind, and the whole atmosphere has been welcoming and friendly from day one. So grateful to have found our home away from home in this place!

Very disappointed with lack of customer service / communication.
We were referred to Pointe Dynamic Arts for dance lessons for our first dance at our wedding, only to be stuffed around and left hanging.

Initially, the ‘professional business owner’ stated she would help us and love to be apart of our day. We were asked to email her with the details / availabilities.

Over a two weeks had passed and we had not received a reply. My partner and I tried calling multiple times, only to have our numbers rejected or not answered. We wasted nearly three weeks waiting to hear back and from this ‘professional business’ and thought looking elsewhere wasn’t the right thing to do when we had already asked for their services. We could of had a few lessons under our belt if we’d chosen to go else where.

A simple ‘I’m not interested’ or ‘I’m not available’ would have sufficed.
