I cannot say enough great things about Milestones Toronto! From the moment we enrolled, the staff has been incredibly welcoming and supportive, creating a nurturing environment for my child to thrive in.

A special mention to Jen, the Centre Director, whose leadership shines through in every interaction. Her dedication to creating a positive space for both the children and families is truly inspiring. Sam, the 2IC, is always so approachable and attentive. She goes above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly and makes every parent feel heard and valued.

Milestones Toronto has exceeded all expectations, and I am so grateful for the wonderful team that makes it such a special place for our kids. Highly recommend!

My 3 children attend Milestones Toronto and we have had nothing but positive experiences. My two daughters have been in care at different centres prior to coming to Milestones Toronto and never have a felt as comfortable and supported as we have at Milestones Toronto. The team genuinely care about the children and are always there with a cuddle and smile. Our son had just started last week and he has been looked after with such care we are eternally grateful.
Thank you to Jen and her team for creating such a lovely space that can truly serve as a 2nd home for our kids.

My daughter (8m) has recently started at Milestones Toronto and the team have been so welcoming, kind and supportive. The centre has a lovely homely vibe, always smells of beautiful cooking from the kitchen and the staff are very communicative and engaging. Thank you for everything you do for my baby!

These guys as little miracles were amazingly supportive and my family had been with the centre since about 2015.

As Little Miracles they were amazing. They helped my oldest son access Early Intervention through the school system and were super supportive

However as Milestones everything has taken a turn for the worse. My youngest ASD2 son (my second ASD 2 kid to go through the centre) was unsupported, ISP was never applied for and we were on restricted hours because nothing was implemented to actually support him.

While the staff are lovely and try so hard but abou 80% of the little miracles staff left when they became Milestones.

We have taken our child out of Milestones and gone to another centre.

I am so disappointed in what this once amazing centre has become.

My husband and I are so appreciative for the care that your centre is providing. We were blown away at the efforts of especially Amanda and Emily in making our children feel so welcomed. Never before have they been so excited to come to school.

This morning Maisie ran straight in to Amanda without any care in the world. Elsie was clingy at the start today and as soon as Emily approached her, greeted and got on her level, Elsie quickly went with Emily and waved me goodbye. It is such a relief dropping them off knowing they are cared for and having such a positive experience.

Absolutely love the school, my 12 week old baby and 3 year old attend this school.
Jen the director is wonderful and is always happy to listen if I need something for the kids. Sam 2IC went out of her to make us feel so welcome. Just really want mention Lucca in the nursery has been the most amazing support with leaving my 12week old which is so hard but her support and kind word have made it so easy knowing she is with her and safe.
Amanda and Jesse in the toddler room have been so amazing with my son it's hard when toddler cry's and scream but they have welcome him and made him feel so safe he runs in to the school so excited.
Emily who makes drop of so early just that little bit easier oh thou not in either class room you have helped so much Ur superstar.
All the staff are amazing and wonderful and I could name all of them but just want to say a big thank you to all the staff, you allhave made it so easy.

I don’t know where to start. The care was superb, I was very apprehensive to have my son start daycare, he was very clingy and so was I. But from the moment I had a tour with their lovely 2ic, I knew this was the one. Sam allowed us many visits we would like until we were both ready and comfortable leading up to starting officially. Milestones facilitated a smooth transition for both of us, by providing reassurance and updates as to how my son was progressing. During his care, he enjoyed all the food, all whilst they respected my dietary preferences. He spent lots of time outdoors, and they were creative with his extracurricular activities. Not to mention, that in the first few weeks I could see pictures on the app where Amanda and/or Jodie always had him close by to assure him of his safety and security during activities of reading, painting and sensory play. During our time, Milestones were initially little miracles, who transitioned to Milestones, had it not been their announcement and the sign/logo that had changed I wouldn’t have even known due to their professionalism. Their office was enclosed which was great to discuss private matters, but the door was always open where Jen would say to have a lovely day or reassure me if my son was crying at drop off, which makes a huge difference, more than she knows. Their policies and procedures were impressive and clear for parents to read, and they even welcomed consumer feedback from the parents. This also outlined educational opportunities for their staff. Such an amazing experience and daycare to be part of.
A special thanks to Jen, Amanda, Jodie, Brooke, Jess, Amisha, the rest of the educators and the hospitality staff that have made the experience that it was for us. Our next daycare have had some big shoes to fill!
