I had cash from my wallet stolen here in the change rooms on one occasion.

Another occasion was when I called in advance about the closing time which the receptionist said 6pm but when I got there she said it closed at 5:30pm which meant I could only stay there for 15 mins and it costed me $7. The customer in front of me was also very frustrated because of a billing issue and I noticed the receptionist could’ve been much more empathetic.

There have been instances when the staff and lifeguards were great. But please don’t give misinformation to customers and have better protocols to prevent theft.

Love this outdoor swimming pool. It has become my go-to place whenever I wanna go for a swim, very clean and spacious. Can sit on the grass for a nice little sun bath as well.

To be honest i will give it a 0 star rate if i could because they have racist rules because my friends dad try to let us in but my friends dad had to go. (They have a policy of having 1 parent bringing only 4 children MAX) they didnt tell us that before we left. But when my other friend’s dad who was dark skinned they made the rule to us. Horrible act

It was my nephews 1st birthday on Tuesday the 24th November and we had the best time because of the lifeguards and staff on duty. They turned on the facilities outside the normal hours for a short time but it was more than enough for the kids to enjoy. Thank you so much for the generosity and making the day special for our kids.. it's a beautiful facility, clean and enough shade provided. Our kids were between the ages of 10 and 1 yrs old. Definitely recommend for families this summer.. again thanks again for the hospitality appreciate it!

The pool is good the only thing is there isn't any shade on top of some of the pools which makes it impossible to stay long under the sun and no enough sitting . I think is something that needs attention. Thank you

This is my go-to swimming pool since they reopened after renovation. Convenient parking and 3 pools suiting lap swimmers, learners, and kids. This place is peaceful and family friendly with kiosk and space for picnic.
