The shop timings are totally off.. says it opens at 6am on Saturday and I'm here at 7am and its still not open and no sign of anyone here. What a lousy experience.

I called to ask the timings for the news agency and was told it’s open till 5.30 pm I’m at the agency ant5.20 and it’s closed. I left work to come pick up my package.

What's wrong this this business? The trading hours on Saturday is until 2pm. But when I arrive at 1.20pm, they are already closed. I need to collect my parcel and can only come on Saturday. It looks like many other people also got the same problem. They should update the trading hours to avoid people wasting their time and effort to come here for nothing.

They say they close at 5:30pm and you rush to them from your office at 5:15pm only to find out that they are closed already.

Great service with a smile and since the new owner have taken over the business it has got got of range for many products. New addition of stationary, food, drinks confectionery. More light and space is opened up. It is always great to support a local business and easy to park just outside the business. Keep up with the good work and will be back soon.

Don't trust him with your expensive parcels.These comments are bull. They are generated. That's the only explanation for what I experienced. They are agents for couriers please. I went with a card to pick up a parcel. "Not here" he says. "Come tomorrow" He said he closes around 6 or whatever. His words. SO I did and... he says, "I'm about to close, why did you come when I'm closing?" Like I'm supposed to know when he closes. And there were other customers in the store. It was just after 5pm. Then. "It's not here I'm closing" I asked him, "can u please just give me the parcel?" And he proceeded to argue and said, "It not your parcel" But I tracked it and it is there. "It's not your name" He goes on And on And on. I said, "you get paid to do this, the least you can do is serve the customer. Now as busy as I am, I have to go a third time. It will be Wednesday. The parcel has been there the whole time since the Monday before. Don't go there and don't trust him with your expensive goods. Just don't trust him.

No customer service skills. I went in to collect a parcel and he rudely kept saying whats your hubbed PIN, every time he repeated his tone and body language just got wrose. I told him on numerous occassions I don't know what that is. In the end he found my parcel and my phone number was not on the label printed by the courier company, and hence I did not receive the hubbed PIN. No apology nothing, he made it seem like it was my fault.

Very rude person and my recommendation is choose another location to collect from.
