INRG Martial Arts & Fitness Gym is hands down the best gym I’ve ever trained at.

Erick, the head coach, is the nicest person you’ll ever meet, and Anna, another coach, is just as amazing. Both of them go out of their way to help me improve. They’ll spot what I dont even notice and give personalized tips and techniques.

I got the monthly membership, and if being honest, it feels like a legalised robbery. The classes run for two hours on Monday through Thursday from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm, and sparring usually goes on for another hour afterward. Plus, there’s BJJ on Tuesday and Thursday while the regular training happens, so you can double up if you want. You can’t beat that value.

Speaking of BJJ, Professor Toshi, the main instructor, is by far the best BJJ coach I’ve ever had. I’ve trained at other BJJ gyms, but none of them compare to Toshi. His way of breaking down and explaining even the most difficult techniques is unmatched. I’ve been training under him for years, and there’s a reason for that.

They have all the facilities you really need. There’s a full Muay Thai ring, boxing bags, heavy bags, boxing pads, Thai pads—basically all the equipment you’ll need for your training. The gym also has a small mens and ladies washroom, so it’s convenient for everyone. Parking is never an issue either, with plenty of spaces available nearby.

If you’re serious about martial arts or just want an amazing place to train, INRG is worth every dollar.

Erick, who leads the gym, is both friendly and professional, striking the perfect balance that makes everyone feel welcome. His approachable demeanor and knack for making classes enjoyable make each session something to look forward to.

Training with Toshi, the highly respected BJJ trainer, has been a rewarding experience. His expertise and teaching style are exceptional, and it's clear why he's so well-regarded in the community. We will definitely continue to train with him.

The gym itself is well-maintained, with excellent ventilation that keeps the air fresh—something that’s often rare in gyms. It’s clean, and you never have to worry about unpleasant odors. The availability of toilet facilities and onsite parking adds to the convenience.

Whether you're into Muay Thai, BJJ, or other martial arts, the training here is not only fun but also very practical. The value for money is excellent, and the variety of classes offered means there’s something for everyone.

Update, ive been there for 5 months now, have lost 30kg, starting to look really good, have never been happier and can actually fight now. This is the greatest martial art gym you will ever go to. Authentic Muay Thai taught by dedicated instructors. I’ve never met, in any gym, instructors that care as much as these guys about everyone who attends a class. They want to make you better and they will give you the solutions you need to improve. They are the most experienced teachers available, and every class challenges you. I love it here

I have been training here since February 2024. I have tried many different Muay Thai gyms but I can tell u. Here is the best!

I have been training Muay Thai for 3 years. I have tried different gyms in HK, SH, BKK and Chiangmai. I can tell what gym is good or not. I can tell u guys. The instructor here Kru Erick can always teach u according to ur levels. I remembered my first time here, he could tell my level and allowed me to train with his fight team. If u r a newbie, no worries. Erick and other trainers here r very passionate and caring. They will teach u according to ur level. So no worries! Also everyone here is nice and friendly. The training vibe here is fantastic. I strongly recommend everyone to come here! Hope can see u all soon! Cheers!

My 12 year old son has been attending this gym for the past 2 years. Erick (owner) has been his teacher. Always pushes my son to his limits, challenges him, which my son appreciates and respects. Has been great for my son's confidence and fitness. I can not fault them. All of the instructors are passionate and the other attendees (adults), when paired up with my son, have been great mentors and have guided him through his workout. Highly recommend.

Fantastic gym with great coaches. Everyone there is really friendly and the classes are welcoming to people of all skill levels. I've trained at several other martial arts gyms before and I can say that INRG is definitely the best I've gone to so far.
