Rude gay Asian man on registers with funny voice. Accuses my daughter and I of stealing a product that this store does not even stock. It came from Audi downstairs while I’m holding the receipt and happy to provide the receipt to him starts going off at me about shoplifting. Absolutely pathetic customer service when you do not stock Aldi products which are their pacific brand and wouldn’t even look at the receipt but told me you’re doing your job. I suggest you get a life and learn what products your store stocks and some customer service and find a new voice while you’re out at Mr. Squeaky.

You never feel like you like this store.the environment is very cold. Lights are cool/ white and depressing.
Staff are, well, unfriendly (some of them).
And the worst of all, they reduced their opening hours without any notice or changing the google.
I drove 27km with a little baby and they were shut down.

A staff member was coughing wetly into their hands, then rearranging the chocolates. Gross. An item was tagged half price on the shelf but scanned for full price. Only positive is they had something I wanted - though it was not easy to find and not particularly well priced.

I am deeply disappointed with Big W’s stock management system.

I purchased the LOL Surprise OMG Fashion Doll Series 9 - Pearla as a Christmas gift for my daughter. Initially, I placed a Click & Collect order at Top Ryde as the product was shown to be available, but the order was canceled the next day.

I then placed another Click & Collect order, this time at Warringah Mall, but it was also canceled. Despite this, the product continued to appear as available for both Click & Collect and in-store on your website.

Hoping to resolve the issue, I went to the Top Ryde store in person, only to find that the item was not available there either.

This means that I have now made two failed attempts to purchase this product through Click & Collect and have even taken time off work to visit the store, all for nothing.

I would like to know if your In-store Availability system is functioning properly because my experience suggests otherwise.

Dot was hopeless! Can I talk with a human with a brain please?
I used to be able to talk with someone at a particular store who could tell me if they had a product on the shelf, pick it up and put it aside for me to pick up. Saved time driving from store to store. I can't seem to find a particular store number, just Dot! Rubbish customer service.
