Freedom Wheels has made a sixty year dream come true! Finally I can ride!
Today I became the proud owner of my trike.

The initial OT assessment was awesome. I couldn’t believe I was riding within minutes. The staff said they had NEVER seen anyone as excited and happy at a trial.

Follow up was excellent and then, about two months ago, Freedom phoned to say I had my trike had been funded! I was crying with happiness and disbelief.

John delivered my trike today and checked that I was comfortable riding it.

The biggest THANK YOU 🙏🏻 is inadequate 👏

Was inquiring about a bicycle for my son who’s capable of riding a standard ladies bike with training wheels. I was told the bicycle will be around $2,800. And they insisted that I can only get it thru NDIS.
Looks to me this is business ripping off the NDIS by charging that much for a bicycle. Wow.
I’m sure there are many who would be happy to bill the NDIS to get this but would not pay out of pocket.
Disgusting and disgraceful.

I am an Occupational Therapist who arranged a tricycle trial for one of my clients. They had great customer service and were super friendly. They were very informative and able to answer all of my questions. They were very responsive to my client and took into account their wants and needs when recommending a tricycle. I found the follow up information they provided me with very helpful when requesting NDIS funding for the tricycle. I will definitely use this service again.
