Fantastic Service and Delicious Food at Wests Illawarra

I recently dined at Wests Illawarra and was thoroughly impressed by the experience. The service was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and efficient from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious, with generous portions and great variety on the menu. What stood out the most was how quickly the kitchen delivered our meals without compromising on quality. Everything was fresh, well-presented, and full of flavor. Whether you’re after a casual meal or a night out with family and friends, Wests Illawarra is definitely worth a visit. Highly recommended!

Had a wonderful experience there on Sunday. Really appreciated, great service and security checking there. Friendly staff, clean snooker tables and washrooms at zero cost. Night timings for snooker is the best. Highly recommended for billiards lover and arena gamers this place is for you. The best thing it is opened every night.

Went to the restaurant they have there and the chicken wings and garlic bread were great and at The Craft Cafe I got a lemon meringue sundae and a large pink donut

Visited for lunch to try the new lunch menu after being extremely disappointed by the food since the new renovations.

Honestly was extremely disappointing!

We waited 45 mins for 2 cold Chilli Con-carne Spuds. Very simple dish that’s hard to get wrong.

The staff on their lunch breaks were given priority for food service which made the wait time even longer. 5 Team Members in the outside dining area was todays top priority.

The club gives off Cruise Ship vibes and the food exactly the same.

We had our granddaughters 4 th birthday dinner last night iv never been here before was was delighted with the staff they where all so friendly and helpful food was delicious especially the kids meals, amazing pizza and the club itself was beautiful we will definitely be back good value for money and nothing was too much for the wait staff.

Worst experience of my life, had my identification on me. Was refused entry as I did not want to become a member. Was humiliated in front of all the patrons In the main room at the time as I was only there to have dinner and don’t want to sign their membership paperwork. Would not recommend the staff are horrible and spoke to me like I was a child even though I was respectful to them the whole time. Management needs an upgrade. Had they spoken to me with some kindness none of this would have been a problem. Their approach is atrocious

I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience at Wests Illawarra. I raised a dispute regarding a poker machine issue where $220 of my winnings were not credited due to the club manager resetting the major win. Despite providing clear video evidence showing how the machine’s feature should have transferred the win to my credit, my concerns were dismissed.

The club offered me my $137 Level 3 Major Bonus, but this did not account for the missing $220 from the feature itself. I’ve been waiting for weeks to receive a proper resolution from the gaming team, but there’s been no follow-up or clarity.

This is not how loyal members should be treated. I expected better accountability and customer service, especially when evidence is provided. My trust in Wests Illawarra has been seriously shaken by this experience.
