Not the best place to stay.
Has definitely gone downhill over the past six months.
TV's not working properly and rooms not serviced correctly.
Very noisy due to it's location on the Great Western Highway..... Trucks using their engine braking during the night constantly interrupts your sleep.

Arrive in Bathurst later pm on Australia Day had no accommodation booked. Called explained we’re riding a motorcycle and would like a ground floor room.

The manager was very accommodating, room was comfortable, very clean and quite.

Friendly staff, clean room, we always stay here when we visit Bathurst which is often. very helpful, conveniently located to places we are visiting. Air conditioning works well. do not hear traffic or other noise. landscaping is pleasing. easy access.

Zero stars. Never been treated so poorly
In my life. Room wasn’t ready when booked in after 3 which was fine. Came back at 11 and room wasn’t what was paid for. When asking about the spa, got treated as a criminal and someone who wanted a free upgrade. Bed was extremely uncomfortable I’m glad I only spent 7 hours in the room as it took an hour just to get what I had paid for and left at crack of dawn to actually get some sleep.

Edit. Still treated like a criminal for going for a few drinks for Valentine’s Day. There was no abuse just a terrible attendant who insisted I wanted a free upgrade, and asked what did I want him to do about it. Give people what they pay for and then they wont have to come down and embarrass themselves after a few drinks. If everything was ready and you cleaned your rooms in time for the next people, it all
Could have been avoided. Should have got my money back.

Ian and Youko have been so lovely. This dedicated team works so hard to ensure your stay is pleasant. It's affordable and it resonates with what you would expect from the Best Western brand.||Firstly, the rooms are so clean. Ian and Youko put in so much effort on their own backs to make sure the rooms are to spec. |Secondly, my colleague and I were welcomed by Ian and we felt like we weren't just another guest in the books. This can be so lost in a lot of hotels/Inns/Motels etc. |Lastly, Ian and Youko will help with whatever you need where they can and considering how hard they work, I have to appreciate that effort.||I highly recommend this property.

We travelled to Bathurst for a wedding. We received a call from the manager to determine our ETA, which was appreciated, He was prepared to be on deck after 10 pm. While the room was clean, linen fresh and bed comfortable and price satisfactory, there was little attempt to service the room between nights stayed. We stayed 3 nights.
