I was served at a checkout this afternoon by a lady named Shania. She was like a breath of fresh air, so helpful and friendly and happy to treat you like a person, not like you are someone who came shopping to make their life miserable. Multi-million dollar company that price gouges most of the country’s population but somehow can’t afford to pay a night fill team and so there you are, trying to buy your sickeningly overpriced food while you dodge rolly cages and disillusioned-looking teenagers in red polos. PSA to whatever bs complaints department reads these, I am not complaining about your staff (towards whom I only feel sympathy) I am complaining about whatever dumb cost-cutting rostering procedures led to your aisles being filled with stock and staff most of the afternoon and evening.

Always happy with Coles Wingham. Whilst being a smaller store, the great staff make up for that. They are always lovely, helpful and offer great customer service. The Click & Collect is very convenient and I thank those staff who do my shopping for me!
