Bought a flat pack mixed items built a butlers pantry saved thousands on kitchen quotes came out great was easy to assemble you save alot doing it yourself at your own pace

Well you only go there for the convenience,there are some helpful staff.
But what I don't get is the person at the front.
One day with your arms full they want to check your receipt,which all they read was the address of the business and didn't even look to match up what I have.
Next visit they want to scan the receipt and the next 2 visits couldn't even be bothered.
Seems to be a good place to work if you want to spend time looking at social media or shooting the breeze with other team members.dont worry about the customers.

We bought all the Matrix lattice our local Bunnings had (2) . Need 8 more.We were told
Taree had 8. I rang them to see if I could order over the phone as we couldn’t get there until the next morning and spoke to Tom. He was extremely helpful. Checked amount in stock on computer but also went and checked himself. Finished the payment over the phone and sent me the receipt. Great customer service. Thank you

Staff are very nice and have a lot of knowledge about the product u want to buy and are willing to help u. But they only have one checkout open and no self service open either and long checkout times.

I bought an air-conditioner 3 days ago, and today when l got on website to check specs l found it was close to $100 cheaper. I questioned it to be told it was on promotion and would go back to original price in a week, so basically my bad luck.
Dissapointed to say the least!
