I love this store. Such good value. Always get a bargain.

The bill checking lady was very kind helping me get a trolley. 9am and no trolleys!! I had just nipped in to buy some candles for the staff Christmas Party Secret Santa. Before I knew it, I was one of the elves with loads of bags and could not carry everything. So I left the shortbread biscuits and pokey wrapping paper on a shelf in an aisle close to the entrance while I went hunting for Dr Michael Mosley's 800 fast book. I came back and sure enough, she had saved me a trolley! Thank you 🙏🏻

Unfortunately, the shopping centre was evacuated just as I finished shopping. So didn't get to go for my foot massage. 😭.

At the car park, there was bedlam. Shoppers pouring out in Holiday Frenzied Evacuation Mode, meanwhile cars were still pouring in!! Nobody had communicated this emergency and closed the entrance to the mall. The emergency response evacuation procedure at this mall needs to be audited and improved!!

we went closing yesterday night and spoke to 2 workers asking for the pokémon cards. my son just wanted one as he collects them and they told us that it’s still in the back and not unpacked. so i waited this morning for shop to open and it says it’s all out of stock. the workers have literally took it all and it’s unfair for those wanting them not to re sell but collect. we only needed just one. the people working there is unfair and i want to contact the head office about this. i was there’s last night and early morning it’s out of stock before shop open

I had the absolute pleasure of being served by Aysel at Kmart Wetherill Park, and I can’t praise her enough! She went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for, all with a warm smile and a fantastic attitude. Her kindness, patience, and efficiency made my shopping experience so much easier and more enjoyable. It’s rare to come across such genuinely helpful staff these days—Aysel is truly a gem! Kmart is lucky to have her!

So the products are great but upon approaching staff regarding obtaining trolleys they told me I had to wait 40min as they get it every 40 min. It took me to go and find a trolley buy my shopping and by the time I finished my shopping there was still no trolleys, so much for customer satisfaction. Reviews and word of mouth go along way and today my review from a year ago fell with satisfaction. My review has been edited and for service to drop so low to a point of oh you just got to wait, no wonder so many businesses is closing as so many people have a no care attitude and no one seems to be willing to go the extra mile.

Great customer service.
We are looking for barbie doll house toy and walking around for almost 20mins.so i went to asked the very helpful staff ANGELINA and without hesitation she checked the stocks and walk with me to find it and luckily they still have the last one. I hope KMart acknowledges the staff like her who have very good customer service..

Bad Experience at Kmart, wetherill Park – Unprofessional Manager name is Bec

I recently had a very disappointing experience at the Kmart in Wetherill Park. I bought a cycle from this store, but since they didn’t have an assembler, I had to get it assembled at another Kmart store.

When I tried to return the cycle to wetherill Park, the manager, BEC, was extremely rude, unprofessional, and angry. Instead of resolving the issue, she insisted that I return the cycle to the store where it was assembled, even though Kmart stores follow the same policies across locations.

Despite my attempts to explain, she made the process unnecessarily difficult. Her attitude was unprofessional for someone in a managerial role. I ended up returning the cycle to the other store, where the staff handled the return quickly and politely.

BEC behavior was unacceptable and reflects poorly on the store's management. I hope this feedback encourages Kmart to address this issue and ensure their managers are better trained in customer service.

This is one of the stores that lies about their stock online and then the store manager will lie about whether you can have it redelivered to another store or not and waste your time trying to call up to see if you can make things more convenient
