The guy who works here is so bad and rude, he doesn't deserve to work in this job. Every time we went to send mail, he treated us in a rude and disgusting way. I wanted to apply for a passport. He made me go 3 times to get documents, and in the end he asked me for the electricity bills that were on the email to prove that I live in my house, and despite the fact that I showed them to him, he asked. I have a solid copy of the invoices and a refusal to complete the application for the passport

Very very very rude people at this post office, the man especially. Have made a complaint to head office for the lack of service and respect when dealing with them, they pick and choose their own rules. Such bad service

I was at post office I needed my passport I checked my application over an over an it was right .yet the man was saying I need Australian citizenship I showed birth certificate an said I was born in Australia the rude man pushed the application in my face an told me to leave my God what a very bad post office.i went to another post office no drama putting my application in.. the post office on Hamilton Rd an that rude worker needs a wake up call I'll never go there again ..Australia post fire this rude obnoxious worker absolute horrible experience with that post office an that obnoxious worker extremely rude

They closed early. I arrived at 11:50am on a Saturday when they said they’re closed at 12. Really needed this package, workers refused to even look at me. I knocked kindly, still nothing. Just “system closed”. Hands down the worst post office I’ve ever come into in my life. Staff are unhygienic and don’t know how to communicate with customers.

I took afternoon off to pick up a parcel directed to this postal office.
I arrived there 4:10pm expecting it to be open as per website, google and standard Australia Post operating hours.
It only had a closed sign out front next to sign advising open between 9am to 5pm weekdays
Tried to flag any one of the 3 counter staff for help but all 3 kept looking down and away to avoid contact.
Very disappointed as a explanation note on door would be great but no such luck.
Very bad service to close when it should be open and not providing the exceptional circumstances that prevented them from being open.
Now I have to arrange another time and day to pick up.
Wish I could ask to get it redirected else where.

Refused to place a piece of tape on a return bag just to get me to buy a bag from them. There exact response was ‘we don’t touch any return bags and we can’t tape’
Never really experienced this type service elsewhere. Never again!

Called this place multiple times but no pick up. When I went down to the post office as I couldn’t get in contact, the man who served me was extremely rude and disrespectful. I tried to explain my situation to him and he cut me off and started yelling at me. I would give this place zero stars if I could. Do not recommend this post office.
