Terrible service from Cindy, working today 25/08, was rude and had an attitude. We came in 30 minutes before closing and first of all, there was no one working at the party section. We had to do their jobs ourselves and find someone to help us, and after that we still waited 15 minutes for someone.

When Cindy arrived to attend us she said “well it depends, we have 15 minutes until closing”…. I’m sorry It’s not our fault that YOU took 15 minutes to attend paying customers. In the end she only took 3 minutes blowing up our balloons so she had a fuss over nothing. This store needs to get better staff and actually have their employees WORKING IN THE STORE.

I always shop at Woolies where ever I go. This store is one of my favourite shop. There are items you wouldnt find in this store like the Ice tea Lychee Decaf. Not like in Woolies at Stockland Merrylands.

Rude and demanding change room lady who's just chat about ordering new coffee machine with another colleague.

Got 5 items to try she says can't take in 5 leave it. I did and came out my 5th item gone! Was about to leave the unwanted items she demanded 'no you can't leave it here, have to put them back yourself!'

To management, wonder why bigW isn't a Go to place to shop with attitude like that the place is empty. Won't waste my money here after this experience.

One of the ladies yelled at us for no reason. Disgusting customer service. Who the hell yells at people. Get help. She was some white old western lady. She gotta calm down. Disgusting service, no manners, all we did was touch a ball. Embarrassed and humiliated. We have social anxiety and it was bad. Seek help and act your wage, Karen.

Was holding the trolley as mother used her card to pay, she mentioned it asked if a printed receipt was needed. Que a few mins later my mum went ahead out of checkout while i had i wait a few mins as the exit area was blocked by 2 trolleys and customers.. i was suddenly asked by the staffer for the receipt, while the door guy came over to block me. I had to leave trolley and try find me mum who had to sit down due to bad back pains. It was resolved but guess who lost a customer due to this incident? Have a guess lol

I was very relieved to walk in and find this place very clean and maintained. I actually felt a sigh of relief when I walked in and you can see the floors, everything in it place, nothing chucked on wrong shelves ... (meaning staff regularly come through and fix it because I know its usually done by lazy visitors putting things in wrong places )
Unlike some other stores where everything is inside-out its no wonder the stock locators are always wrong.

Kudos, I'd come back just because its tidy and organised!
