Extremely disappointing experience at this swim school. Staff turnover was very high which meant casual teachers had no rapport with students. On many occasions the pool was not only filthy but also cold which made my son sick. In addition to this, the manager was extremely rude and overcharged me for lessons that I did not attend!!

The instructors were busy talking to each other rather than teaching the class
In the session, they don't teach then anything. Ask for privates, and the lady was very rude,and never got back to us.
Cared about the money but not the students

I do not recommend!!! This place is run down, and very poorly operated!!

The office staff are very inexperienced with absolutely no customer service skills, every visit was awkward and uncomfortable.

There was never one consistent swimming instructor, each week it was someone different and the classes would always start 10minutes late and end on time even after bringing it to their attention nothing was done about it. I gave this place a good chance but it was extremely difficult for the children to learn and grow.

The teachers are beautiful and my children loved them but the office has one lady that was rude to me and spoke to me like I am her child and that unfortunately is not good for people who love the teachers. Had to remove my children today because of an unproductive call I received from an arrogant individual. I would appreciate to have someone contact me and just get this resolved as I had to let my children enrolment removed because I couldn’t stand how I was spoken to

I am giving one star due to the worst customer service by their employee Lina, she has zero courtesy to people and all she cares about is chasing people for money even though we always pay on time!
Also, we had multiple classes during winter in literally cold and dirty water because their heater and filter weren't working every now and then. NEVER coming back!

This swim school has so many positives! My children light up every week when I mention what day it is. Amber and Brenda are amazing not just as teachers but all round.
They go above and beyond and my kids idolise them. We all have the same goal and that’s keeping the kids safe, wouldn’t go anywhere else! If I could give it more stars I would.

BeeSafe have been helpful and accomodating to deal with. Mel is a caring, approachable and experienced teacher. My son is going from strength to strength thanks to this centre.
