Our daughter started at Kids Academy Regentville 2 weeks ago and we have nothing but amazing things to say! The educators have been warm and friendly and Elle and Katrina in the office are very approachable and always greet us when we come through the door. Our daughter leaves with a smile on her face every day she attends and we are so glad we made the decision to join KAR.

My kids absolutely thrive at KAR. The educators have gone above and beyond to support my children through every stage of development and have been so supportive and persistent during my sons toilet training. My daughter had a very difficult transition into care and the wonderful ladies at KAR made her feel so safe and supported that she now talks about daycare with nothing but love and excitement. I am extremely excited for my youngest to start care here next year. ❤️

Unfortunately this day care centre has gone downhill the past 18 months. Several parents want to take their children out and are hanging in just for the friend group.

There are some educators there that are good and trying their best but not supported by management. The centre lacks new equipment and has some of the highest fees in the area with little to no incursions or added value.

supervision in outdoor area is poor and they have up to 90 children in the play area at once accross age groups.

Children only spend 1-2 hrs in class time for learning a day. Leaving children overstimulated.

It has exceptionally high turnover of staff and centre management overturned 3 times entirely. Large volume casual / training teachers who don’t know children development plans and this causes behavioural issues and inconsistent experiences.

Observations occur once a quarter which is exceptionally low and children are not provided with a profile.

Have reported concerns to management in the first instance but no action and highly defensive reply.

Kids academy Penrith having Similar issues. It’s a shame they were good centres at one stage.

I am a parent- so please don’t say you can’t find me on records. It’s a cop out and a true reflection of the deflection I and others experience as a parent at the centre

I am so happy with the service at KAR. All the staff are really lovely and the Managers are always there to help and support us (kids and parents too). I've currently got my youngest in there care, she loves it, she comes home so happy. My two older kids also enjoyed there time at KAR. The preschool program was great and helped both my kids transition well into primary school. Thankyou for your friendly service 🙂

My 2 kids started at KAR only 2 weeks ago and I am already so beyond happy with this service. Not only did the director go out of her way to create spots for them both, but her initial tour of the centre was so lovely and I could tell that this wasn’t just a job for her, or any of the staff I was introduced too.

They settled in from their first day, I was specifically worried about my son as he had struggled a lot at his last centre and was always so upset to go but now he genuinely gets excited for school and says “I’m going to have the best day ever”, it’s truly a reflection of his educators pouring into him.

Every single time I drop them off I am greeted with a good morning by not only my kids educators but any educator that I pass, they are so welcoming! And by far their best strength is communication. We left our last centre because they lacked communication, but now I’m being told everything from interests they might have shown that day, to the texture of poops. They go 4 days a week communication is so important to me and they just don’t skip a beat even when it’s a more chaotic time of the morning or afternoon they will still have so much to share with you about your child.

I can’t recommend this centre enough, we are so happy we found them and I can’t wait to see them thrive into primary school here!

Our four year old daughter transitioned from a small preschool to Kids Academy Regentville.
Prior to starting here, our school mornings were full of tears and anxiety - it was absolutely heartbreaking.

From our first tour at Kids Academy Regentville our whole world changed.

Centre manger, Jade and Administrator, Katrina, kindly greeted us and we had a limited inspection (due to Covid) of the school. Our daughter joined the class and was immediately welcomed by the educators. She enjoyed that time so much she was crying when we had to leave. What a complete turnaround!

We immediately enrolled our daughter and she has loved every moment since!

The entire team is friendly and welcoming and together they ensure every child is nurtured and well cared for. The facilities are first class and together with the amazing educators each child is gifted with an amazing start to their early childhood learning.

The daily updates are full of information and feedback, not just a bunch of photos. The weekly updates provide quality information on the week ahead and the learning objectives that have been set. So many great tools planned by experienced teachers who are clearly dedicated to each and every child.

We are incredibly grateful for our time with Kids Academy and our only wish is that we made the change to this incredible facility earlier.

We highly recommend this school to all!
