Favourite art supplies shop. Travel 3 hours, up & back, to get there, but it's always worth the trip.
Staff are very approachable & always happy to help. Supplies are numerous, no matter where your art heart beats 🎨🖌

Beautiful shop , amazing art supplies , but the people who work there are not so great they act like you're in the way of their day to day lives . Was ignored no help most of the time looked at me like I shouldn't have been there .

Pretty good, a wide range of stuff, much of it well priced 4 the discerning buyer, staff r pretty helpful, larger items available online only & incur delivery charges. Overall, a pretty decent hobby supply outlet, a chain in Aus.

Just returned from my shop at eckersleys Newcastle.
Terrible customer service.
I was served when paid at 11:59am by Zoe T who was unfriendly, dismissive and acted like she was doing me the favour by letting me pay.
After 12 years of shopping here I will never return.
It costs nothing to treat people with manners and kindness.

Attended the Newcastle/Hamilton store yesterday. The staff could not have been any better. Zoe, was great. Helped me with all I needed and made some calls to other stores to help find the items I needed. Five stars 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟 out of five for you Zoe. Thanks for making my visit to your store memorable.
