We were so disappointed with all of it. Inexperienced staff, waiting to be shown induction while the staff member helped someone else and then the line ups for the kids wall, then extra for each adult harness and for the space, the time waiting and the lack of efficiency and professionalism was really disappointing. We were looking at signing my son up for lessons for the term but now actually seeing it, we won’t ever be back. So disappointing for the price, coming from Sydney it’s night and day with the experience we had their at climb fit to this. There was also a female staff member who was incredibly rude to my family and I. We are new to this, her customer service skills were non existent, appalling.

Very positively surprised by the gym. Good bouldering : nice holds, good balance of overhanging/slabs and old/new school problems, nice settings across the grades… i

The grading with numbers (more or less V’grades) works well.

It would be great having some more difficult problems.

Expensive for the size of the gym and the place is very hot! Auto belays were good but not enough routes set for juniors.

Suprised harness hire required for parents belaying kids. First gym I've had this. Wouldn't be such an issue if there were more auto belay routes and 1 - 2 bouldering routes.

For experienced climbers, good bouldering.

Came for the climbing - stayed for the legends! First visited in Sept 2022 and quickly signed up for a membership - have been climbing 4 times a week since then! Epic location, great facilties and the staff are legends. Have made some awesome new friends and it's ideal to have an all weather activity within an easy drive of home, especially during the winter months. Have done a few courses with them which has really improved by climbing skills and confidence too. Highly recommend it!

Great climbing gym with options for bouldering, top rope, lead and auto-belay. Would be nice e to have a little bit more equipment for warm up/work out, but if you're creative with a hang board and the bars, you can still have a good warm up. Grading system from 1-5 and an experimental grade for bouldering. Nice variety of climbs for all levels including kid-friendly. Great view of the river out the back and a nice grassed area too. Plenty of parking on the street.

Great climbing gym! The boulder area was well above what I’d expect for a gym in a regional centre. No expense spared on the holds and some creative route setting. The full range of boulder/top/lead is fit well into a relatively small space. A great template for how gyms outside capital cities should be setup.

Wonderful big gym with lots of lead, top rope and boulders to Have fun with!
