At 60yrs of age completing the Cert iv in Training and Assessment was very rewarding. Thank you to the amazing trainers and helpful staff at Trainwest for their guidance and support.
Trainwest provided me an excellent learning environment, a loan laptop, plenty of encouragement and networks to help me attain this life changing qualification.
Huge thank you to Di, for my initial classroom training and Dale, the legend, for the final push.

Absolutely the worst company I have ever had to conduct a training course with. The trainer for the first 2 day's was amazing then no trainer the 3rd day, then the 4 day the trainer didn't even care just rushed through everything. Just another money grab course. Not marking anything in class then giving results in dribs and drabs asking for sign off's from other people in the class that are no longer with the company. Try to explain it to them and I get the old we will look into it. We're is your reasonable adjustment, just talking in legal jargon that some people find hard to understand. I have passed other courses harder than this like cert 4 training and assessing, trade qualifications and then this course absolutely rubbish designed not to pass and the assignments virtually just copying the company's hse documents

I highly recommend trainwest for all of your training qualifications. We had Dale and he went above and beyond to get us through. His experience and expertise really did shine through as we were not the easiest bunch of guys. Being a bit older things take a bit more to understand but he found a way to relate to our industry and turned the course around and made it clear for us. A real credit to train west and to himself. From myself and the team thank you.

I had done my Cert IV previously with them and needed to do an upgrade of this qualification. as per my previous experience, Trainwest was very supportive towards me completing my qualification and provided me with all available resources including accessibility to trainers after the face to face contact. overall. the trainer was very knowledgeable and was able to explain and articulate the concepts in a more easily understandable manner. Thank you Trainwest for supporting me agin!
