My 11yo has been with Caroline's Boxing classes since 2019 as a 9yo. They were always a lot of fun for him and it is a very interesting activity to be engaged with. He has learnt boxing skills as well as self-confidence. Caroline and the instructors have very good attention to details to ensure individual student benefits from the classes. She has also continued to improve the classes - new equipment, new coaches, and new concepts.

What a fun place for kids to get fit, practise coordination skills and socialise.
Coach Sam has a great connection with the kids and knows how far to push them individually to ensure they reach their potential.
The non-contact part makes for a safe and all encompassing environment, allowing everyone to train at their own level.
Its nice to see all the smiles as the kids walk out of this place.
