Our daughter has been attending Luz for around 7 years and absolutely loves it. Their programs are attentive and encourage social skills, fine & gross motor skills and cognitive development. LUZ All Abilities have been supporting our son (&us) now for 5 years. Over this time the centre has grown but the staff engagement and genuine love for what they do has remained the same. The activities cater to all needs and interests both at the centre and within the community. LUZ has provided our son with a sense of belonging and from this his confidence for all aspects of his life shines through. I would highly recommend all programs offered at LUZ, the team are amazing! We don’t want to imagine our life without LUZ.

I booked the weekend programs and after school care service in Luz recently and I just found the service there was terrible!!!I was told by the staff there were places available for my son five days per week, when I requested to book it. I was told that there was only one day of after school care available. And different staff from Luz tried to contact me and they all told me different stories. Finally another staff contacted me and offered two days of after school care for my son. After I confirmed the booking, they sent me another email and told me the transport service was not available for my son. They just gave me a feeling that all of them were playing tricks on me and I couldn’t feel they respected the families. And it’s the same for the weekend program. Each time I confirmed the booking, after that it turned out to be that there were only less service hours could be provided. This is such a terrible service! They just try to attract more families to book their service, but finally the families didn’t get what they wanted! I have had enough!!!

Besides that, on the first day my son attended their after school care service, the staff left his medicine blister on the bus and told me they couldn’t find his medicine. Then the next day they told me they left it on the bus. I can’t say they are caring the children there.
