Obviously an older motel that has been refreshed, everything was better than expected. Clean, fresh and comfortable, especially the beds! Restaurant was great, meals were large and the staff were exceptional.

The room itself was nice and clean but looked a bit old and run down. They need to pay attention to the shower heads as they are full of limescale. Not all the TV channels worked properly, there was sound but no video. The continental breakfast is very basic. The staff were lovely, and rooms were always cleaned unless you indicated otherwiseise.

Great location. We had a family room with 2 toddlers. The sliding door between the two rooms was an issue because the kids could swing it out (not secured on the bottom) .curtains could have done with an update, otherwise clean.

After a long drive and a 35 degree day all I wanted to do was relax in the room and watch the cricket. Unfortunately, the hotel TVs are quite out of date and there is no access to Foxtel or Chanel 7 and a few other free to air channels. The room looked nicely renovated but the toilet door did not lock properly, the beds were too soft and saggy and I had deal with multiple cockroaches. I appreciated the friendliness and hospitality of the staff.

Only a tiny jug . nothing else.. a microwave and a couple of plates wouldn't of been nice.. disappointed !
Plumbing a little out dated.. not suited for a disabled..
Very limited bench space..
.....toilet.. had to push button a few times to flush 😔

We booked this hotel after viewing online and it looked lovely with a great description of newly refurbished room however on arrival the room was very average with a very run down awful old tired bathroom with black mould in the shower. This was not shown in photos on the website. We were given a room with a dirty cage storage directly in front of the door. As an Accor Gold member I expected better service. We wouldn't stay here again.

Easy but my complaint along with others that I met as you go in and out for the day was the fridge was ridiculously small, no freezer and for that reason we wouldn’t be able to stay again, we need ice and more room to store our food as we are travelling, another guest I spoke to had to leave some of her food goods in your restaurant fridge. We recently stayed at Ibis Styles Tamworth for three nights and had a wonderful experience. The customer service was excellent, with the staff being friendly, attentive, and always willing to assist. Our room was beautifully presented and refreshed daily, ensuring it remained clean and comfortable throughout our stay. The location is fantastic, easy to walk to Peel Street or Shopping World. Overall, we had a pleasant and relaxing stay and would highly recommend Ibis Styles Tamworth to anyone visiting the area!
