I went to my first class at Jazzercise, Gosford, in March 2022 and I have not looked back! I was instantly welcomed by Bel and her team and smiled my way through that first class. Over 18 months later and I attend 5-6 classes every week. Not only has my fitness level improved but I have lost weight, feel stronger, happier and I have met some beautiful friends along the way. Thank you to Bel, Janine, Sam, Bec, Gail, Alex, Tracey and all of the wonderful members…what an amazing community to be a part of x

I am now in my second year of jazzercise and absolutely love it. I was looking for a group activity where I could meet people and find an exercise class that was fun and where I could work at my own pace. It’s now my happy place where I am surrounded by happy friendly nice women and the instructors make the class so fun. There are so many classes during the week to choose from which works great around my busy life. I highly recommend jazzercise for anyone looking to get fit, suitable for all abilities and ages and a nice happy encouraging environment.

The best workout! Fun & fitness brought together by cardio dancing & weight training. I burn so many calories, I feel so energised and happy.
