We had an incredible time at SFC 737 Flight Simulator! My 10-year-old son was absolutely thrilled to take control of the Boeing 737 simulator, and Pilot Jason made it an unforgettable experience.

Jason's patience and expertise shine! He walked my son through every step, explaining each procedure clearly and concisely. His enthusiasm was contagious.

The simulator itself is incredibly realistic, with stunning graphics and realistic sounds. The attention to detail is impressive.

My 13 year old son, had a blast! It was such an amazing experience and he couldn’t be any happier. Kevin, the instructor pilot was awesome and easy to understand. He is looking forward to doing it again. Again, thank you so much for providing such an amazing experience.

Purchased the 90min Aviation Enthusiast package. It was an awesome experience. Started off in New York with a couple of circuits out of LaGuardia airport. This helped me get use to the 737s controls. We then moved on to some more challenging locations - Madeira, Portugal (with 45kn crosswind) and Kai Tak Airport, Hong Kong. This one actually closed in 1998, but was a "bucket list" airport for me as it was a very well known, challenging airport to land at. My instructor made it a bit extra with an engine failure on my final approach. Thanks to Jason for a great overall experience. In fact, I booked another as soon as my 90mins was up. Highly recommended.

I recently had a great experience with the simulator which I give 5 stars for it then I received an email offering a gift voucher for my next visit. However, when I requested to use the voucher, I was informed that it could only be applied to the simulator, which was not clearly explained in the email. I have included the email below for reference.

When I called to clarify the issue, the call center representative from SFC seemed to assume the voucher was only valid for the simulator based on the email. However, the wording is ambiguous, and anyone with a basic understanding of English would not interpret it as being limited solely to the simulator.

With all due respect, this has been a disappointing experience, especially coming from such a well-regarded organization in Australia.
