This is the same church that had a sign saying "Jesus had two fathers and he came out fine." Which is just blasphemy, a fake church. It's so easy to label other people as bigoted when they actually follow the bible and not narratives. You can't claim to be inclusive and tolerant of everyone and then push divisive messages on your sign, you're not welcoming of those who think differently from you. Stuff like this is not very Christ-like or inclusive of all people.

This is the type of church Paul asked Timothy to correct due to false teaching in 1 Timothy. All we can do is pray that God will show them their sin and help them truly understand who He is and what he has done.

After spending a lot of my childhood around hate and negativity at Christian Church I am blessed to drive past the Anglican Parish of Gosford everyday. The signs out the front are ever changing with thought provoking topics.

Possibly the best thing to come from this ever changing signage is people venting their negativity and showing their true colours, hiding behind their own personal take on fictional stories. Instead of preaching love they're spreading hate and lies.

If you want to go to a church on the Central Coast go to literally any Except this one. This church is one of those false prophets the bible warned us about, the watered down churches and this one is a prime example. Churches like this are foretold in the bible to tell atheists lies that comfort them and deceive them from the true word of God. Words that tell them they can do no wrong for God and that they don't need to repent of their sins. The people that work here are leading people straight to hell rather then salvation this church is a pure example of how the bible says that in the end times watered down false prophets would lead people to hell in the end times and in the end times we most definitely are. This church lacks sound doctrine, it blames everything that's happened these last few years on conservatives and ignores the fact that we are seeing the end times birth pains the bible talked about. It supports climate change and other corrupt ideology and enables corruption and lies within society. This is a bad very bad church with a very bad reputation for good reason! Don't believe the wolf in sheep's clothing folks.

I applaud Fr Rod for his open and compassionate heart, particularly towards all those who the narrow and bigoted clearly despise.
Those they despise are called: homosexual, aboriginal, refugees, drunks and drug addicts.
Rod seems to understand that Jesus saw the same sorts of people and just wanted to say: "God loves you!"
Congratulations, too, to his congregation who have found in Rod a Shepherd after the heart of Christ.

THANK GOD FOR ROD and thinking people like him. In a world that doesn't seem to care except for money, appearance of wealth and material trappings, along comes Rod. Whether you like everything he is saying, he is a man of conviction. This man is a Christian in the true sense of the word. If we all decide we want insular lives and get away from a sense of community, we are doomed to catastrophic failure. We need each other to survive and as soon as we all realise that, we will be much better for it. You don't have to be Christian to read and understand his messages, you just have to be a thinking, humane person.I happened to say to my wife" Wouldn't it be good if he could get an electronic sign board to put his messages on?" and she said "This guy actually goes out and assembles his messages by hand". Upon thinking about that...That really is the point, isn't it?
Funny, that when a person tries to make a difference, there will always be mis informed, ignorant, people who will try to tear them down.
I believe it happened about 2018 years ago...Hmmmmmmm!

Fantastic progressive Reverend in Father Rod Bower. He's the type of man who will lead the church out of the Dark ages of biblical literalism and make it relevant again to younger generations. Lovely congregation too!

Traditionalist's who take the bible as more than an allegory will struggle - progressive and forward thinking, concerned with inclusivity which is what Australia needs to celebrate It's cultural diversity. His teaching transcend bigoted media and yes, whilst very left wing this Church encourages unity above all else - what religion is all about...
