I have been doing Pilates with Amanda just over 2 years now. I started with Amanda at Spiritual Athletica around 6 months ago in the lead up to my wedding. It came as such a welcome change and I found that it really complimented my weights program. With a month, my body felt noticeably stronger from within. 6 months on and I feel really fantastic. I have found that I sit differently, walk differently, and am so much more in tune with my body.
Spiritual Athletica has become so much more than a gym but a positive space to spend an hour of my super busy day, I cannot thank Amanda enough for helping me to be in the best shape of my life for my wedding.

Just love Pilates at this studio with Amanda. I have not felt so strong in years. Always a fun , tailored class , great company and feel good afterwards… what’s not to like….best of all being a passionate equestrian my riding is so much better with the increased core strength.

As someone who loves to live an active lifestyle, Spiritual Athletica has been the perfect solution for me! I love the diversity of classes on offer, whether I feel like smashing out a HIIT session or want to ease in to my weekend with a Pilates class, this boutique studio ticks all the boxes. The instructors are all very experienced and small class sizes means individual attention in a social, group setting which makes it all the more enjoyable. I am so glad that I stumbled upon this hidden gem!

Great new, clean venue with professional, caring staff and sensible down to earth clients. Everyone will feel welcome and supported. I have being coming for 2 years and my only regret is I didn’t start earlier.
