My daughter has been at imagine since 4 months old and we are so happy! The care and growth I have seen from the centre and her has been amazing and my daughter loves going to daycare everyday! The educators from all rooms know my child and go out of their way to say hello to her and me, and are always available to provide advice and support with questions I have, and the smile she has when she sees them is heart warming! I have and will continue to recommended this service to everyone I know!

With Lyndal in charge, she has brought a new sense of direction, accountability and joy to the daycare. The lovely ladies at the front desk not only care about how your children’s day was but also care about how the parents/cares days were as well.
Willing to go above and beyond with any request and will come back to you with an answer.

Oh and the loverly ladies will also teach your kids the best annoying songs to bring home and sing word for word 😆

First time mum using daycare and 100% recommend this centre they have made it easy especially with the app the photos and updates of my sons day.
The educators are absolutely awesome. They need a pay rise!! Not only are they dealing with the germ pool, they are turning up everyday. The educators They get to know the parents as well as the kids and always make drop off easy.
The rooms are always clean even with 50 million kids, there is no wild mess or legos to step on.
The play area at the back is fantastic and perfect for my little fella.
My only negative is the background structure (directors) does need to be fixed although we are kept in the loop and hoping being a brand new centre it can find its feet as it is a great daycare centre!

I have been a parent at this centre since it opened late 2022. In less than 2 years, it has gone through more Directors than I can count! There are now no original staff. Out of all the staff currently employed, I can say that only two educators appear to actually like and care about the children and families attending the service. It is very unfortunate that the previously experienced and qualified educators left the centre.
The educators currently employed tend to provide screen time to children rather than provide them with an actual learning experience. Even craft activities are carbon copies without providing the opportunity for children to be creative or express themselves. Educators lack experience, skills, and/or knowledge to extend children’s current learning with repetitive tasks and limited information being provided to families.
It has also been made evident that the staff lack the knowledge and skills appropriate to connect with and continue positive relationships with the children. This especially applies to children with diverse needs. Children are also regularly moved from their room to the one above or below which does not help their learning or provide a sense of security. Thus, also making it hard for children to feel a sense of belonging to the centre.
The lack of communication between management and staff and then staff and families is appalling. When changes are put forth by management, management implements them without providing notice or reasoning to other staff or families. They even break their own policies and procedures. When educators do provide accurate information to families about situations involving their children, management issues warnings and pressures other educators not to say anything. If families further up the enquiries, no further information or evidence will be provided, making it only an educator’s word against others.
To be fair, I do not put all the blame onto the educators as there are so many employed here who are new to the industry and have no prior experience or qualifications. These educators are there to learn and unfortunately for them and future children in their care, they have chosen the wrong centre to learn at. I do however, place fault with the poor management and leadership styles of the centre director and assistant director. Also, higher management such as the area manager and operations manager. Without suitable leadership, any centre will fail.
To the previous reviews, you can see they were all provided around the same time due to a push from management actively seeking positive reviews to look good. The daily log that is provided is regularly inaccurate, is a hit and miss with photos (especially if you do not give full permission for public photos), and doesn't tell you if they move your child from their normal room into one of the others.
To finish, to any new families looking for childcare, I understand it is hard to get a spot but for the sake of your children and yourselves, take a good look around at other centres. I’m sure there is much more I could have included in this review, but I will leave it at that and the numerous complaints I have lodged to the department to follow up on.

My daughter has been attending this centre since the day it has opened. It is a beautiful centre to send your child to. Daily photos and reports are excellent & beneficial for parents to keep in loop of what their child has been up to. All educators are lovely, professional and passionate with their careers & children. Thank you for your excellent service!

My daughter has been going to Imagine since they opened in 2022, and we have loved it. She loves the food, the sandpit and the slide! The centre is always well kept and my daughter is always happy when I pick her up of an afternoon. The staff at the centre have always been so helpful whenever I’ve needed anything and I feel so relaxed leaving my daughter with them.

Imagine is an amazing centre. My daughter has been attending since it opened and she has grown so much while under their care. The educators are all lovely and truly care about the children. I love receiving the updates at the end of each day and hearing what my daughter did for the day (usually 'played in the sand!).

Such a fantastic daycare. My son goes 5 days a week and is always coming home with new words, stories and activities. Great outdoor play area and state of the art classrooms. 5 stars
